- Some paddlers plan, train, and prepare for years to accomplish a goal just to be lambasted by critics because they fear others may copy them and get hurt. Do we have the right to tell others to not do what they train for or do we tell people that they have to take responsibility for their own actions because they ‘saw someone else do it’ and thought they could too, without all the preparation?
